Notice of terms and conditions of service and disclaimer


By using the sneaker cleaning and repair services provided by Sneaker pharm ltd, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

  • Whilst we work with meticulous attention to detail and utmost care, we cannot guarantee that our services will make your shoes look "brand new". We will try our best to get them in a better condition but cannot guarantee all stains will be removed. 

  • We prioritise the material composition and structure of the shoes. We will always consider what is best for the shoe before cleaning. We may stop attempting to remove tough stains if we feel like the material or finish is at risk. 
  • Some materials such as suede may change their appearance or texture through our processes and this is just the nature of the material. We do not guarantee it'll be exactly the same as factory. Suede is made of tiny hairs which change texture over time and when exposed to stains and cleaning. We hand clean and brush to reset these hairs to get them moving freely. This is called resetting the nap. Appearance will change but it is a natural characteristic of suede. 

  •  Dyes may not be colourfast on some shoes and some degree of colour loss or run may occur. This usually occurs on newer shoes but is also apparent on older pairs with less wear, we always proceed with caution and will not clean some areas if we believe there is a risk of bleed. New suede shoes are extremely vulnerable to this so please do not attempt to wash yourself. 

  • We cannot guarantee that we can resolve all damages caused by customers cleaning their own shoes. We have had a lot of requests to resolve issues such as; discoloration, paint peel, colour change/bleeding, shrinking etc. Although we can attempt to mitigate some of these issues we are ultimately limited by the methods in which chose to clean your shoes and also by the subsequent damage to the shoes. From experience DO NOT use any peroxide based products such as "Vanish or Oxi" or any detergent not designed for shoes. DO NOT use a washing machine. Some cleaning methods cause irreversible damage. Always consider the materials and construction of the shoe or visit our boutique.

  • The standard cleaning process will take 6-7 days depending on the workload at the time, the condition of the shoes and what needs to be done. On occasion lead times may overrun but we will contact you accordingly. Alternatively for an additional charge, you can purchase our faster turnaround service. It must be noted that we do recommend a minimum of 3 days for drying time and quality checks. 
  • All prices for sneaker cleaning and repair services are clearly stated on our website or communicated through other channels or in person at our boutique. Customers are responsible for payment of services in full before the commencement of any work. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Mail order customers are responsible for shipping their sneakers to our address: Sneaker Pharm ltd, 28 Dale Street, Manchester, M1 1FY. We will provide an estimated timeframe for the completion of services, but we do not guarantee specific delivery dates. For more information please visit our mail order section. Alternatively, If you have purchased our Door to Door service we will be in touch to collect and deliver at your nominated address at the agreed time.
  • Sneaker pharm ltd is committed to providing high-quality sneaker cleaning and repair services. However, we do not guarantee the restoration of all sneakers, and results may vary depending on the condition of the sneakers. If you are dissatisfied with the services provided, please contact us via email admin@sneakerpharmacy.co.uk within seven (7) days of receiving your sneakers, and we will work to address your concerns.

  • Sneaker pharm ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

  • Sneaker pharm ltd respects the privacy of its customers. We will not disclose any customer information to third parties without the explicit consent of the customer, except as required by law.

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
