Sneaker Pharm Shipping Policy

Free Shipping
From time to time, we offer free shipping on orders above a specified amount. This amount may vary but will always be clearly displayed on our website and at checkout.

Processing Time
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Please note that as a small independent business, we do not process orders on Mondays. Orders placed during this time will be processed the following business day.

Delivery Services & Charges
We primarily use Royal Mail Tracked 24, Tracked 48, and Special Delivery. We reserve the right to use alternative carriers when necessary. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Oversized items or large orders may incur additional charges, and you will be contacted before shipping if this applies.

Click & Collect
You can collect your order from our Sneaker Pharm store. Select ‘Collect from store’ at checkout, bring your order confirmation or order number, and allow at least one hour before collection. If you change your mind and want delivery instead, a payment will be required to cover shipping costs.

Order Tracking
All shipments are trackable. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details. Please check your junk folder if you do not see it.

Changing or Cancelling Orders
We may not always be able to cancel or change orders once placed, particularly if the order has already been packed or dispatched. If cancellation is possible after packing, a £5 administration fee will apply and be deducted from your refund. If you need to change your delivery address, contact us immediately at admin@sneakerpharm.co.uk. Once an order has left our warehouse, changes are no longer possible.

Shipping to a Different Address
You may ship to an address different from your billing address. For security reasons, we may contact you to verify details before dispatch. We reserve the right to deliver to the billing address if verification fails.

Customs & Import Duties
International shipments may incur customs or import charges, payable by the recipient. We cannot control these fees, and they vary by country. Orders returned due to unpaid duties may incur a £25 restocking fee. We cannot mark parcels as gifts or declare a lower value.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is lost or delayed, all shipments are fully insured. Claims will be processed according to the carrier’s terms, which may take up to 3 months. Generally, we investigate missing parcels after 10 business days for domestic shipments and 20 business days for international shipments.

Delivery Exceptions

  • If you are not home, standard Royal Mail or FedEx procedures apply.

  • Someone else can sign for your parcel. Sneaker Pharm is not responsible for parcels signed for by others.

  • We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Additional Security Checks
We may request additional information to verify orders. Dispatch cannot proceed until the information is provided. All information is handled with strict confidentiality.

Customs Delays
If your order is held by customs, please contact info@sneakerpharm.co.uk with your order number. We will assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
