1. What materials and brands do you clean?
We clean all types of sneaker and shoe materials, including leather, suede, nubuck, canvas, mesh, knitted fabrics, synthetics, sheepskin, and all types of soles.
Brands we regularly service include:

If your brand isn’t listed, we still clean most wearable footwear — we adapt our cleaning method to your material and finish.
2. Is it safe to clean high-end or delicate shoes?
Yes. Each pair is assessed individually. We use hand-cleaning techniques and lab-tested products that protect materials while removing dirt, stains, and odors.

3. How does the service work?

4. What’s included in the sneaker cleaning service?
- Hand cleaning of uppers, midsoles, outsoles, laces, and liners
- Interior cleaning and deodorizing
- Treatment with Sneaker Pharm lab-tested cleaning products

5. Pricing for cleaning and repairs
- Deep clean: Starting from £40 per pair we clean all styles of footwear but prices may vary depending on the type and condition of the materials.
- Resoles & repair work: Prices listed on SneakerPharm Services Page
- Heavily soiled shoes: Additional £10 may apply depending on condition
Final pricing may vary depending on shoe condition, material, and complexity of the cleaning or repair. All pricing is confirmed before work begins.
6. Do you offer shoe repair or restoration?
- Sole reglue & stitching
- Heel lining patch-up
- Darning and hole repairs
- Re-dyeing & repainting
- Full heel rebuilds
- Full restoration
These services must be added separately at checkout. Prices start from £35 and are confirmed before work begins.
7. How should I send my shoes?

- Postal service (UK-wide): Return tracked shipping included — send via tracked or special delivery
- Door-to-door collection: We’ll contact you to schedule
For high-value pairs, insured postage is recommended.
8. How long does sneaker cleaning take?
Typical turnaround: 5–7 working days. Times may vary depending on workload or additional care required.
Priority / Express service: If you need your shoes cleaned faster, we offer a priority service for an additional fee. Availability is subject to current workload — final timelines and pricing will be confirmed before processing.

9. Will my shoes look brand new after cleaning?
We work with the shoes we receive. Our service improves appearance, hygiene, and wearability, but we do not guarantee a factory-new finish. Outcomes depend on shoe condition, materials, and wear. See our Terms & Conditions for details.
10. What if I’m not happy with the cleaning result?
Cleaning is bespoke and irreversible. Refunds for cosmetic dissatisfaction are not provided. Liability is limited to the service value, in line with UK consumer law. Full details in our Terms & Conditions.
11. Do you clean hard-to-clean or delicate materials?
Yes. We work with premium leathers, delicate fabrics, and mixed-material shoes. Special handling and potential risks are detailed in our Terms & Conditions.
