How to get your shoes to us

Once you have completed your assessment, choose the route that suits you best.

Your order and assessment are already recorded before your footwear reaches the workshop, so there is no need to repeat the details when you send or bring them in.

Drop off at the workshop

You can bring your footwear directly to:

Your assessment will already be linked to your order. Simply bring your footwear into the workshop during opening hours.

Secure postage

If you have selected Secure Postage, we will send you a prepaid Royal Mail postage label separately after your order is confirmed.

Depending on the service selected, your footwear will travel to us using either Royal Mail Tracked or Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Preparing your parcel

• Place your footwear securely inside suitable outer packaging.
  
  
• If you are sending the original shoe box, please place it inside an outer parcel. Do not attach the postage label directly to the shoe box.
  
  
• Include your order number inside the parcel so we can identify your footwear as soon as it arrives.
  
  
• Attach the supplied Royal Mail label securely to the outside of the parcel and make sure any previous shipping labels or barcodes are fully covered.
  
  
• Take the parcel to a suitable Post Office or Royal Mail drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your footwear has reached us.

Once your footwear reaches the workshop

We will check your footwear against the assessment you completed online before work begins.

Footwear repair and restoration is not an exact science, and occasionally the condition, construction or materials can only be fully understood once we have the footwear in hand.

If we need to recommend a different approach, adjust the work, or discuss anything with you first, we will contact you before proceeding.

Otherwise, we’ll take it from here.

Getting your shoes back

Your return method is selected separately during checkout.

If you choose Collect from workshop, we will contact you when your footwear is ready.

If you choose Return by post, your finished footwear will be securely packed and sent back using the postal service selected at checkout. Tracking will be emailed once it leaves the workshop.
