The Vibram Bristol Sole is a high-volume, premium replacement sole built with a light polyurethane (PU) core and organic rubber elements designed for rugged trekking and outdoor footwear.
Featuring a heavy-duty, high-profile trekking design, it offers extreme weather and abrasion protection while maintaining a lightweight feel underfoot, making it ideal for harsh terrain.
This unit combines a cushioned PU midsole with durable rubber lugs, providing exceptional traction, flexibility and long-lasting performance. It is a popular choice for restoring heavy-use footwear suffering from crumbling midsoles, sole separation or excessive outsole wear.
As shown here on Hoka One One and Nike Air Max Plus (TNs). The Vibram Bristol is an excellent replacement sole for maximum-cushion runners, oversized trail shoes, and aggressive streetwear sneakers originally built with thick, high-volume foam midsoles.
Each resole is completed by carefully removing the original sole unit, preparing the upper and professionally bonding the new Vibram Bristol sole for a clean, long-lasting finish.
